BTCC Rockingham Race Day Second Race Rockingham UK Live

The British Touring Car Championship goes to Rockingham for the second event of the year. This is the beginning of the season of the BTCC and we have just seen the championship compete in Thruxton on April 4^th. That event had Fabrizio Giovanardi winning two races and Steven Kane winning another. Now, the BTCC will compete in Rockingham on April 25^th. Last year at Rockingham, the qualifying was won by Tom Chilton with Matt Neal in second place driving a Honda Civic and Alex MacDowell in a Chevrolet Cruze was third. Now let's turn to race number one. Fabrizio Giovanardi took first place and Matt Neal took second. Third place in Race One was Andrew Jordan. Colin Turkington was the winner of race two, and Fabrizio Giovarnardi took second while Matt Neal took third. In the final race Mat Jackson took the trophy, Adam Jones took second and James Thompson took third. 

Some of the Entrants in the BTCC is Silverline Chevrolet driver Jason Plat, as well as Steven Kane, and Tom Onsolow-Cole. Other drivers include Martin Johnson, Tom Chilton, Tom Boardman and James Nash as well as John George, Arthur Forster, Andy Neate and David Pinkney.
