Well, the very first event of the 2010 Formula One Championship season has come to an end in Bahrain, which was held March 12^th through the 14^th. The result of the forty nine lap race had Fernando Alonso, with Team Ferrari, who started in third on the grid as champion. RBR-Renault driver Sebastian Vettel took fourth place, but Vettel started at Pole position, after having the fastest time on all three qualifiers, 1:55.029, 1:53.883 and 1:54.101. That gives Sebastian Vettel 12 points in the driver championship, while champion Fernando Alonso earned 25 points and Massa and Hamilton earned 18 and 15 respectively. Nico Rosberg with Mercedes Benz GP Limited came in fifth place in the race, while teammate Michael Shumacher came in sixth. Jenson Button was seventh and Mark Webber came in eighth. The rest of the top ten were Liuzzi and Barrichello.

The Australian Grand Prix will be the second race of the 2010 Formula One Championship Season, with all of these drivers hoping for a chance to do what Jenson Button did in the second to last race of the season, winning both the driver's championship and helping his team, Brawn GP to win the constructors championship. Ten teams participated last year and it was the debut season for Brawn GP which was important because no team had even won the constructor's championship before in their first time out of the gate.

The next race to take place after Australian will be the Malaysia Grand Prix in Kuala Lumpur, held on April 2^nd through the 4^th which will be followed by the Chinese Grand Prix in Shanghai later on in April. The final race of the championship this year will be the same as it was last year, the Abu Dhabi Australian Grand Prix, held on November 12^th through the 14^th from the Yas Marina Circuit. First and Second Practice for the Australian GP will take place on March 12^th with the third practice the next day as well as qualifying at 17:00 local time.

The race will take place on Sunday, March 28^th, with 58 laps and a 5.303 kilometer circuit. The total race distance is 307.574 kilometers at the Albert Park circuit in Melbourne. Last year, Jenson Button and Brawn-Mercedes took this race but this year we'll have to see how it goes, as well as see the driver and constructor championship change for the first time, as right now it looks just like the Bahrain race results.
