The Superbike World Championship begins round two in GP Portimao Portugal WSBK Superpole on Sunday, March 28th, which is directly after the Grand Prix at Phillip Island. Portimao is a 4445 Meter track that has seven left corners and five right corners. It is an exciting event to be sure, and we are just getting started with round one over and round two on Sunday, March 28th. Well, Phillip Island was round one and the first Superbike Race was won by number 91, L. Haslam, with Fabrizio in Second, Haga in third and Rea in fourth place. The Second Superbike race was won by Ducati Rider Checa, with Haslam in the second place spot. Fabrizio took third this time and fourth place was give to number 50, Guntoli. Haga took fifth in this race. Finally, we had the Phillip Island Supersport Race, which was won by Laverty followed by Lacorse. We'll have even more action coming up on Sunday for Round Two of the SBK Superbikes Championshp.
